Refund Policy

Nature of the payment

All payments you make through the button on the Support page are voluntary tips/donations to the developer. They are not purchases of a product, subscription, unlock code, premium tier, or any digital good. FilmLedger is and will remain fully free regardless of whether you tip.

All tips are non-refundable

Because payments are voluntary donations, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the payment has been processed. This policy is in place regardless of how the tip was used, or whether you continue to use FilmLedger.

Creem-side exceptions (fraud / chargebacks)

Notwithstanding the above, Creem, as your merchant of record, may under its own policies (e.g. fraud investigation, Buyer Terms) reverse or refund a charge. Such decisions are made by Creem alone and do not create any entitlement to a refund from us.

For anything related to charge status, refund eligibility on Creem's side, or duplicate charges, please open a request via the Customer Portal link in your Creem receipt email.
