This refund policy applies to all voluntary tips/donations made via the Support page on FilmLedger.
Nature of the payment
All payments you make by scanning the QR codes on the Support page are voluntary tips/donations to the developer. They are not purchases of a product, subscription, unlock code, premium tier, or any digital good. FilmLedger is and will remain fully free regardless of whether you tip.
All tips are non-refundable
Because payments are voluntary donations, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the payment has been processed. This policy applies regardless of how the tip was used, or whether you continue to use FilmLedger.

WeChat Pay and Alipay both keep digital payment records you can look up in their apps. For any payment-specific issue, contact us directly via the support email in the footer.
